I have a 67 that I installed global west upper and lower control arms with baer brakes all around. I have 19" wheels on the front and 20" on the rear. I want to pound the car without using air. What other option do I have other than using a 2" lowered spring in the rear and needing to cut some of the coil off to get the correct height in the rear. The front coil needs to be cut as well. Please help. I want it to look good but safe!

measure the distance from upper to lower spring perches. Pull the springs out, set the car at the desired ride height and measure the distance again. This is your spring installed height. You will need stiffer springs, as the car weighs the same but you no longer have the same amount of travel. You can select rate by the difference in the two installed lengths. I would go with linear springs in the rear.

What are linear springs. Sorry.

Your stock springs are progressive wound. Not all the coils are the same size or distance apart. This means that the spring has a different rate for every inch it is compressed. A linear spring has the same rate through it's entire travel. Most racing springs are linear wound.
