I agree that's a very funny response! Lol!
And Big trouble in little China? Man that goes back a ways I just might have to look that up on Netflix...
That Camaro looks totally wicked, I likey!! How's it been holding up on the beat it hard at the track with the wheel spacers? Any concerns?

looks awesome, the ride height is perfect. I am shocked at those wheel weights. I would double check that...

Thanks Ben!! Wheel spacers were only needed for the vette wheels and the car handled horribly with them. I'm headed to Thunderhill January 23rd to begin tuning with a new set up this season with the addition of the Forgelines and new Afco springs.

Thanks Guys!! I'm shocked about wheel weights also and the scale could have been off but I dont think by much which still puts me in a great weight range for wheels.

These are weights posted a few months directly by Scott @ Forgeline:
18x11 20lbs
20x11 23-24lbs

So how much lighter would a 17x9.5 and a 17x10.5 be? If you go by my scale just the 1" in width alone is worth 2 lbs. I'm pretty sure my scale is right judging from the size comparisons.

Thanks for responding about the wheels. Not sure if you've checked my thread lately but I've been really trying to swallow going with the old school looking wheels on my "updated" looking car and lately almost regretting not getting the similarly ZR1 style Vette wheels instead. But reading that they handled lousy with the spacers set me at peace with my decision a bit. Looking forward to seeing some video action of your car!

Looks so badass G, 17's are the way to go on these cars IMO. I'm guessing those are your Run To The Coast tires and you're going to break them in at T-Hill? Maybe I will come up to watch you run.

Glad I could help out Ben!! I have some video from T-Hill after the 23rd.

Thanks Steven. I couldn't agree more, I think 17's give you more tire and help with handling in that respect. I'll probably run these tires at RTTC but if I can afford to would like to go 200 TW and see how I measure up. BTW, I have another pair of new RA-1 275'40 17's available for cheap if you are interested.

Thanks Man, Cant remember if I took a rear pic with these wheels but I'll post a rear with the same size tire for ya'.

Up front I'm running Global west arms and 650 lb springs but thats because I knocked 200 lbs off the front end with an aluminum front clip and aluminum small block. My personal opinion is if you are running stock weight 750 lb springs is the way to go but thats for road course. 650 lb probably better for auto-X. In the rear I raised the front leaf spring purchases up 1 1/2" but left another whole to raise 1" if I need to with Global West special order 3" drop leafs. Also running a Fays 2 watts link. Subframe and rear end width are stock. Tire and wheel specs are posted.

I kind of started one but most every thing I did was in 2000 and I didn't join the forum until last year. I think I called it aluminum small block 427install or something like that. If you need any specific details let me know and I can give you some info and post some pics.
