The only one I can think of that meets that criteria and that is on that side of the world is Burns Stainless (http://www.burnsstainless.com/)

Their "X-design" program is the shiznit.... take a look.

Tommy boy, get a map. That place is at least 300 miles from Modesto.

Now for an answer... After looking at your profile to see the real requirements for your particular car, you're gonna have to order the parts from someone like burns and get them custom fit to your car. I'm not too sure where though. Give the guys at Speed Merchant in San Jose a call. They should be able to help you out a little more.
