Ok building my front suspension in my head and my wheels are screwing me big time. I can only get my 18" wheels in a 8" width with a 5.6 backspace so that puts my wheel almost out to the lip of the fender so if I turn the wheel it will hit. I can move the wheel in an inch with wilwood spindles which I was planning on using anyway because of my 14" brakes I plan on for the front, But, I don't think that will be enough. I am probably building my front suspension from scratch so what affect would shortening the control arms have on handling?
