I found an awesome price for Hotchkis Drop Leafs (1.5 inch), but I'm thinking I might need to use a .5 to 1 inch worth of lowering blocks to get the fender just above the wheel. My current leafs have the rear all jacked up.
Will the lowering blocks effect the handling tremendously? Or even noticeably? My Brother was telling me about them, but it just seems kind of iffy to me.

1" should not affect your handling at all. that would be considered a max. you could aslo raise the front leaf perch mounting hole an inch. the extra work is worth it.

This is good to know. I just dropped the front and one side is slightly lower than the other, it's been kind of bugging me. Glad to hear I can get this all balanced out.
I would have figured lowering blocks would have somewhat of a negative effect regardless of how much or little was used.
