17x8 Intro Pentia wheels..what bracket do I need to run 13 inch C5 style rotors?

I see a lot of reference to the American racing but just wanted to check around and see if anyone has had any experience with Intro??

My wheels have the valve stem set inside the barrel of the wheel behind one of the spokes..
