ls3 stroker need camshaft advice?

I am thinking of building a ls stroker I have been looking at various rotating assemblies, eagle, and others, I am thinking 9:1 compression with the stock ls3 heads, and maybe a ls9 camshaft. My question is do I need to do any upgrades to the heads? I will be installing a supercharger not sure probably magnuson or harrop, I am also thinking about putting arp studs in the mains and the heads, is anyone running a setup like this and what is your opinion? or should I go with a cam from texas speed?

We have done quite a few LS3 stroker engines with magnuson blowers in the past year. Give us a call and we can steer you int right direction for a camshaft. We know what works, but alot has to do with driving style and HP expectations. We can also help you select the right supercharger if you are still undecided. The Maggie is a nice piece, but has to work real hard to make big power, depending on what you want for power you might want to consider a different unit. Here is a dyno sheet from a 416 LS3 stroker with stock heads and a maggie. This was mated to a 4L80E trans. with 3200 stall

Feel free to give us a call and we can over a few different set ups for you. We would definitely have to spec you a custom cam for a build like this.
