These are the first pics I'm posting. I am building a 1967 Malibu pro touring car with LS3 T56 and pushrod rear suspension. I really like the body style of the 66 67 chevelle and that is why I decided to spend the time to do this project. I'm over whelmed by how much work I have left on this car before it can be driven. I really appreciate the help I've received on the forum.

The engine that's going in my project is a Wegner motorsports 4.125 bore X 4.00 stroke resleeved LS3 block with callies rotating assembly and wegner performance heads. It has 11 to 1 compression and is projected to make 660 hp at the crank.52953

I put the old disc brake rotor on so I could see the car on the ground. The tire is too close to the bolt on the inner fender and there is interfearence when I drop the car down. I talked to Toben from Kore 3 today and he has a solution with one of there hub systems. He really knows his stuff and I would refer him to anyone. I downloaded one of kore 3 disc brake templates and was able to figure out which one I will order in the future. 5337953380533815338253383

Looks great!.... I see you are using a GTO t56, If you dont like the position of the shifter or want to save money on a new shifter, Tremec sells replacement shifter cups for the f-body t-56 (to replace the gto one)... I know for my chevelle, it worked out better and f-body shifters cost a few bucks less than replacements for GTOs. Replacing it takes about 2 minutes...just a heads up... Keep up the great work!

-SeanThe T56 thats in my car is actually out of a 98 camaro that I bought from my brother. Part of the deal was that he would get the shifter that was on the trans he sold me and he would give me the shifter setup off the GTO T56 that he was using. So we switched shifter cups and I put the shifter on from the trans he is using. I really like were that locates the shifter in my car. Thank you very much for the info.
