Hi all, does anyone have a good used LS6 cam or something similar in the .550 lift range....looking to pay around $100-150. Must be in usable shape - thanks!

I have the stock LS6 cam in my motor now. Been thinking about upgrading..... do you have a cam to trade?

All I have currently is a low mile stock LS1 cam from a '00 WS6.

Have you considered a new LS9 cam? They are about $130 bucks new.

I thought the new cams didn't work in the older engines due to the 1 bolt/3 bolt flange change.

According to Lingenfelter the LS9 cam is a 3 bolt design and only needs a couple of parts to make it work in Gen 3 engines:

Thanks for the suggestions guys - the LS6 cam is out of my range right now because it requires me to have to buy custom length push rods to make it work in an LS1 but the LS9 cam might be a good option for me. I've already converted my engine to use the front cam sensor configuration. $130 is definitely within reach in the short term.
