Where to find: upper interior door piece?

I just realized that I don't have the upper metal piece of the door interior on my '68 Camaro... Does anyone know where to find these??

Go here and click Panel Trim and Emblems on the left side. Six items down. Is that what you're looking for? Tried to find them at Classic Industries website but couldn't find them. Their catalog has them listed.

I think your first link is it.. I'll check Classic too, I don't remember seeing them there.
