v1 G-bar 19" vs 18" wheel

Has anyone out there been able to maximize tire width using an 18" wheel with a v1 G-Bar setup like this one on Todd's Payback? I have the same setup, and using a Percy's Wheelrite, it looks like I likely need a 19" wheel in order to suck the shock mount inside the wheel lip a bit, although its hard to tell with the Wheelrite exactly where the lip will fall. Todd's using a 19" wheel and I suspect that may be the reason why.

Hey Mike - I believe Todd is running 18 rears now. He did initially start w a Boze 19 rear if I'm not mistaken. I'm sure he'll chime in soon!

Mike, you need to move the shock mount in to keep the shock housing from rubbing the wheel lip. I designed some mounting plates made out of 1/4" steel and had them water jetted. You could puruade me to share. ha ha My inbox is cleaned out.
