My computer is prompting me that facebook is trying to access this site when I log on. I keep denying access but it still keeps trying. How do I stop it?

Jim, Check under "Settings" and see if you have enabled Facebook under "Edit Connections"
You can access "Settings" from the shortcut at the very top of the forum screen

Hi John, good to hear from you. I haven't enabled it and when I go to the edit page you described it shows a connection to enble it but nothing to stop the popup. Should I just accept it and live with it or is there a way to stop the popup?
Thanks, Jim

What to do? I don't have a facebook account and don't want one either. I keep getting the prompt that facebook wants in. How do I get the annoying promt to go away. I even clicked yes to see what happens and it just goes around in circles with the prompt coming up.
Is it really woth it to sign up for FB and make it all work? It seems like the government wants to know everything about everyone and is forcing us to sign up for these sites that they can monitor more easily. They are probably already watching anyway but geeze, do they have to make me conform or bug the crap out of me.LOL.
