...and they are awesome. They are for a LS1 and have enough clearance for solid rollers. Matt did a great job and I am very happy with them. So happy, I have him working on another set. The logo is our shop/club name (RevXtreme). (http://www.revxtreme.com/store/) I'm a aircraft tech and we have a few certified weldors ( <--for Matt) at work who were also impressed with his skill. Hopefully whatever Matt is working on will work out for him so it will allow him to go back to this stuff full time. Here's a couple pictures, the last one being a little blurry but wanted to show that they use OEM gaskets.

Sorry Matt, I should of wiped them down first and got all the hand prints and smudges off them.

Brian,

Great looking valve covers!! Matt's working on a set for me now, they should look pretty similar when finished. Everything Matt builds is top notch, I can't wait to get mine. If you can, post some pics of them on the engine when you get them mounted up. I'd love to see how they look in the engine bay.

I thought Matt had quit doing this kind of stuff.
Guess that's what I get for thinking.

He did as a regular business. He's doing it "on the side" now.

And yeah, I quit thinking a few years ago. It got kinda useless for me. I wonder if anyone noticed? :bananna2:

Damnit Brian...I'm sending a pair of cotton gloves with the next set. :)

Thanks guys.

To address the "he's doing it, he's not doing it" thing, yeah, for the last few months, I've been doing work as I had time for (which wasn't much). I have a couple things to finish up right now, and then I'm gonna dissapear for the next 6 months. I'm working on something MUCH bigger than RFR.... See ya at SEMA.............................................. .......................................

I really couldn't have said this better myself.

Yep, Matt is very talented. Hope your new deal works out. Here's the set he made for me.
