Fender bolts stainless or titanium?

I recently saw a car with stainless or titanium allen head fender bolts it went through a tapered washer and the top of the allen head was flush with the washer, These bolts were used to install all of the front sheet metal on a 70 charger, It looked nice. Does anyone have a idea where I can get these or something similar allen or torx would be sweet. Thanks
