I thought it might be interesting to develop a repository for recommended blogs that the PT.com community enjoys reading. There is some great and informative writing out there that never gets into print. Some insightful, some entertaining, some provocative. What do you read?

Here are a few that I frequent:

Hunting & Outdoor:

Phillip Loughlin's "Hog Blog" - http://www.skinnymoose.com/hogblog/
Albert Rasch's "Rasch Outdoor Chronicles" - http://trochronicles.blogspot.com/
Holly Heyser's "Nor-Cal Cazadora" - http://norcalcazadora.blogspot.com/
Chad Love's "Mallard of Discontent" - http://mallardofdiscontent.blogspot.com/2011/11/its-that-time-of-year.html
Steven Bodio's "Querencia" - http://stephenbodio.blogspot.com/2011/11/apology-on-poems.html
Tovar Cerulli's "Mindful Carnivore" - http://www.tovarcerulli.com/blog/
Troy's "Maddy The Goose" - http://www.maddythegoose.com/
"It's Always January" - http://www.alwaysjanuary.com/

Cooking & Food:

"Blackened Out" - http://www.blackenedout.com/
Kelly Cline's "NommyNom.com" - http://nommynom.com/2011/08/hank-shaw-giveaway-winner-announcement/
Hank Shaw's "Hunter Angler Gardner Cook" - http://honest-food.net/
"Punk Domestics" - http://www.punkdomestics.com/
Chris Cosentino's "Offal Good" - http://www.offalgood.com/
Mellissa McEwan's "Hunt Gather Love" - http://www.huntgatherlove.com/

My two favorites are:

http://cafehayek.com/

and

http://mises.org

Both are economics focused but naturally spill over into politics.

I also love http://www.speedhunters.com

About 50% of your photos links seem to be down but the content is cool.
