Due to the overwhelming and successful new pro-touring product line we here at the GMR have decided to focus 110% of our efforts to building and expanding the growing product offering. In doing so we were forced to dial down the custom work and fabrication aspect of the business. The GMR is going strong, almost too strong to keep up with a full fabrication facility so the decision was made to sell the fabrication aspect of the business. Looks to me like misc. inventory/tools items are for sale.....and location is for rent/lease. But if building title is included at 18K in Huntington Beach, I'll take it!

I had spoke with Jason few weeks back and he did say he would soon be going full bore toward the GMR product line exclusively, and would not be taking on anymore builds so that he could focus primarily on existing GMR products as well as some NEW stuff.....he has some very cool stuff coming down the pipe!

So Jason.......now that you are pressing forward on the product line offerings only......how about a job......who better to endorse your product? :Alchy:

I saw that, and at the end of his post it says 18K, but the title says for sale.

Looks like the majority understood as: Space for rent @$950 (as posted), and items specified for sale @18K (as posted). Are you thinking of purchasing? You oughta just call Jason if you are needing further clarification....who knows maybe I do not understand either and would not want to lose Jason a potential sale :dunno:
