Are there any factory disc brake spindles that with work on my 74 so I can get rid of the drums?

Your subframe is the same as a first gen Camaro. Any of the multitude of disk conversions should work.

The 1964-1972 A-bodies, 1967-1969 F-bodies and 1968-1974 X-bodies all use the same basic spindle. Obviously, none were disc brakes until '67 and not the single-piston until '68, but they'll all interchange with only minor differences. You can buy used or new reproduction spindles all day...your best bet is probably to buy a complete set from someone upgrading to aftermarket spindles. Alternatively, you can machine down the upper mounting boss on your drum-spindles to turn them into disc-spindles, since that was the only difference between them, and then buy the brackets/calipers/pads/rotors/hoses.
