I picked up the Shutt VY3B steering wheel the other day and it looks great, but I'm having a little trouble with mounting. It has a 6-bolt pattern that measures about 2.5625". I was reading that 2.75" or 2.875" are common dimensions for 6-bolt steering wheels, so why is Shutt using such an odd size? It comes with two adapter plates that you can stack up to match the 2.75" hub, which wouldn't ordinarily be a significant problem, but in my application the extra spacers cause the wheel to be too far from the paddle shifters.
