a noob with a miata... don't shoot!

It's got a v8!! my name is johnny. I'm car builder in the Chicago land area. i grew up on American muscle. after my service in the army, I started building Japanese cars. I own and race a 1999 Mazda Miata. I swapped in a corvette ls1 and t56. After competing in holley's LS fest i am really interested in racing more pro touring events. Hope to meet everyone at the races!!

Thanks for posting a few of the good shots....it's a pain on this slow computer to go to any of those photo hosting sites to view pics, it takes a long time for them to load up enough to browse through them. I wasn't intentionally being lazy...LOLz

it's v8 roadsters subframe and ford 8.8 kit. everything else i did myself.

it isn't my sisters car, she says it's too cute. ironically enough i own 2 Matias and my gf owns a 350z. she has the more bad ass car lol

I just rode in one 2 weeks ago with a V8 and it was pullin hard and traction limited. It will be fun to see how you do with the suspension and tire selection to be able to get a grip.
