Oil leak from mechanical holley fuel pump

Has anyone else ever seen a oil leak from a Holley mechanical fuel pump?, spent a lot of time chasing an oil leak this past weekend and think its coming from the fuel pump weep holes on top. Its a new holley race pump for a sm blk chevy.

what condition is the motor in? pcv system ok? ive seen this from engine that had a lot of blow by.
