Nowhere close to placing any terrific times in the class they put me in, but I had a great time tryin.

What event was that? The Elky is looking good out there on track...even the first cone in that set is bowing down to you...LOL

It was held at Hershey Park parking lot. The cone is pointing towards the side we need to stay on through the slalom parts.

Just recently ran my 2nd autocross too. Don't worry too much about your times compared to others, just have a ball, (and it sounds like you did !) :)

Car looks good BTW.

You're not speaking like an autocrosser yet... that's a "pointer cone" for a "wallom" :secret:

HellCamino....Excellent ...

Although I have had my Car since 1983, I won't be Auto crossing for the first time until next Spring..Post rebuild..

Just go out and have fun. That is what I am going to do...Sure I want to win, but in time, maybe.

Congrats on getting out there and actually doing it.....The Elky looks Sweet...

Thanks guys.......and this is my "budget driver". I drive this beast to work on 3rd shift approximately 4 days a week (in the rain at times also). I never did a build thread (no time). It's got LS1 front and rear disc, UMI front and rear sways, Eibach Pro springs, boxed rear lowers (need the uppers yet), UMI upper fronts, braced the front lowers (ball joint strength), Jeep GC steering box. A blast to drive!

I was there on saturday! I also saw your elcamino earlier this year at one of those events (guess that was your first one). Camino looks good in person! I was driving a blue 02' corvette btw.

Yeah, I ran the July 16th event. Don't remember much since it was my 1st and was trying to keep focused on what I was in store for.
Looked like the track layout for this past Saturday was pretty wild. Starting with a fast slalom, that's how it ended on Sunday. Saw plenty of spin outs into the finish area. I went through a bit sideways on my last past.
