View Full Version : OK guys I have a Verizon vs AT&T story,,,

Well in aug I set up a payment online for my AT&T on my debit card, well it was supposed to go out on 31st to pay it right before payday (get paid every two weeks) well they waited till Sept to do transaction. Well the debit card expired, so no payment, thye shut me off, I call and get it paid by check, turned back on and I ask why it wasnt ran on 31st like it was supposed to. got long drawn out BS story. So customer service rep said no charge to reconnect, was supposed to be 26 dollars, well looked the other day and bill had $40 on it, called and asked what it was, and was told reconnect fee, blah, blah.
Well I explained issue, even gave then transaction numbers etc. Finally got it taken off.
Well I went and did a refi on a small not I got so I can brng home furniture I am buy off grandmothers estate, left enough so I went to get a Verizon MiFi 4GLTE.
THIS THING IS AWESOME. where I was on AT&T Edge 2 miles from a tower I now have 3g/EVDo and its soooo much faster been fun on line since got home.
Sorry AT&T, this is one former AT&T customer.

I have learned never to do business with AT&T. Ever.
Also, never authorize any company to be able to directly charge your debit/credit card.

Except for the billing issue I had the exact opposite experiance with reception, bottom line is that they all suck.
