stainless to aluminum?

I know you should go aluminum to plain steel for your connectors but what about stainless?

I have stainless nuts on several aluminum AN fittings and have no problems. I just use light lube on the threads to keep them from galling. It happens when you have stainless lines and other components are aluminum.
