I've go an MSD 8366 distributor and an MSD 8207 blaster coil. I have the distributor wired as indicated below, but when I turn on the ignition, my Autometer Nexus tach just flashes. I found a thread on a corvette forum (http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-tech-performance/1803663-small-cap-dist-conversion-wiring.html) that shows the 2-pin connector as + for A and - for B. Does anyone know which way is correct? I've actually tried it both ways, but the tach still flashes.
Do I have the 4-pin connector wired wrong? Can I test the tach by just grounding the tach wire to get 0?
Note that the engine isn't running yet. Want to make sure my wiring is correct before attempting to start it.
Any help would be appreciated!
