Hi,
I noticed that a c6 corvette trans has two wing things in front of the half-shaft outputs, and that the rubber parts look the same as the mount on a C5 transaxle, the kind that is on the back of the transmission.
Is this true? Are the the same? Does anyone have a c6 or c5 transmission mount they could measure the hieght (from mounting face to mounting face) from?
I'm trying to model this all up in cad, and thats the last pieces I need. I need the comparison, because I have a CAD file for a c6 trans mission (I'd love to share it, but cannot) but don't have a simulator for the rubber mount itself, and the transmission I phycally have to install is a c5 trans.
