hi guys ive been working on this one for about a year or so, now. It's my first car and i pretty much learned everything i know from my dad who has been restoring cars since he was a kid. im going for the pro-touring look. dropping a 6.0l out of my brothers 2001 chevy pickup. in proccess of rebuilding it right now. been a slow build due to lack of money, but coming along nice. Also I didn't really document all of the bodywork, pictures are kind of random areas of the build. Next time!

49775I really like these style rims. I'm leaning more toward brushed aluminum, rather than painted grey though. I don't want too much of the same color. Still not 100%. Let me know what you guys think!

49780497814978249783engine teardown. next is to get the block boiled and order all of my parts. not completely sure what all im doing to it yet. im putting in a hot cam and performance heads, still deciding on whether or not to stick with the fuel injection or switch to carberated.

good work keep it up .What do you have in mind for suspension mods?

Not really sure yet. To be honest I'm kind of an amature when it comes to setting up the suspension. I was considering air ride, because I like the way it looks. but does that affect drivability at all? What would you recommend? I'm just making it a street cruiser, but would be fun to take it to those road courses.
