Hotchkis Lowering Springs and Ridetech Spindle?

If you paired (if it's possible) a Ridetech spindle with a set of Hotchkis Lowering Springs and Shocks (2"), would the car sit 4" lower than stock(In the front)? Would it work?

It would probably have 1.5" of ground clearance.
