Time to brag about your builds.
I'm doing some field research on what kind of performance combo's people have and what kind of real world performance they are getting from these T-56's.
HIGHWAY MPG is what I'm looking for

List what kind of T-56 or you have, GTO, F-body, Viper or TR6060 etc or if you know the FINAL gear ratio.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg-Warner_T-56_transmission#Features

Also list what type of engine (SBC, BBC, LSX), HP range, rear gear, tire height, and any other pertinent details.
I'm dying to know if any of you guys have done the Hot Rod power tour and logged your performance.

Trying to get a ballpark MPG on what I'd get from a 3.73 LSX 400hp combo with a 27" tire.
I estimated 26mpg give or take....but not sure.

2007 Corvette LS-7 with cam making 514 rwhp, T-56 w .50 6th gear, 4.10 w/26" tire. I have seen consistant 23 mpg at 80 mph.

Comp solid roller/Holley 750 DP/DUI HEI
AFR 210s/RPM Air Gap
545 hp/500 ft-lbs @ the flywheel
LT1 T56 by RS Gear
CF DF clutch
3.89:1 Currie 9-inch
Nitto 255/50-17s

I'm right around 1,500 rpm at 65 mph

I get 20 mpg reliably on the freeway, and I've made 2,000+ mile drives in it.

LOVE the RS Gear box- it's been flawless and I've been beating on it for 4 years. Road courses, dragstrip, autocross, street...everywhere. Never an issue.

L92/LS3 with Mast cam, right around 400 RWHP, 3.73 12 bolt, and Viper T56. Our last road trip (RTTH) worked out to 23.1 MPG averaging 75 MPH. We just had it tuned, so maybe the next trip will be better, but it is just so much fun to go way too fast and destroy the good average....
