B&M 420 Mega Blower???

Does anyone know if these things are worth buying anymore?? I have a chance to buy one for a decent price, but would need rebuilt.... Did B&M make a good blower? Thanks!

They were pretty good blowers, just don't hear much about them lately. Before buying it, check on how much the rebuild will costs. I'm not sure who does the rebuilds now, maybe Holley? Sometimes the rebuild cost isn't worth it unless the price is pretty low.

I had the smaller version 250 (which is for sale) and it was a great blower. B&M stopped making them and sold them to Holley So it is about 10 years or older if it says B&M on it.

Ok, spoke with Holley and to their knowledge, no one makes any hard parts for those blowers anymore. The Blower Shop rebuilds them, but if the actual gears inside are junk youre kinda s.o.l.
