Bubbles (border line foam) on Trans dipstick

I had the car out today and drove about 20 miles on the highway... went the check the trans fluid and there was a good amount of bubbles on is.. it didn't look foamy, just very bubbly... What's this caused from? Is the fluid broken down?

It's a 200-4R

I also noticed my dipstick does not seal very well....
