What is this piece and what the hell is it called?! 66-67 GM A-Body

Ok so, ive been looking and I cant find anything anywhere.. What in the hell is this thing called? Ive seen windshield channels but they are not the same as this. Does anyone know of a place that makes this thing? Links? This is on a 67 Cutlass.. Its the Swiss Cheese Piece!

It's called the upper cowl panel and yours is rusty.

It's been years since I have seen that panel for sale. Time to get out the grinder and welder for the repair.

It is called a dash/windshield patch panel. I am not sure of all A bodies are the same, but if a 67 Olds is the same as a 67 Chevelle than you can pretty much buy them anywhere. Ebay, Auto Metal Direct, Goodmark, etc. Here is a link to one I found by searching google.

I dont think thats it, I had that for my GTO and it was the actual channel that the windshield sits in, that is also part of the dash. I will search for the upper cowl panel and see what comes up.
