Same here...I was like 13,and a girl at my school in grade 12 had one.I remember a few of us pushing her up the hill in front of the school in the snow, she was super hott....but all I could think about was her car.....well,sort of.

Entertaining offers in the mid teens......so basically, for the cost of a good paint job on a rusted one,you get a mint unmolested car. I had it out for a short drive today, its like 1981 all over again.

As per forum rules, you MUST put a price, not entertaining offers.
Thanks!

Is this a No A/C car? Ugh, kiss of death for a really nice car. Would be worth $30k with A/C.

Would make a nice Pro Touring Platform though and add Vintage Air.

Now if we could just figure out how to add the A/C to the original invoice we could make some money!

I would send it to a good auction, those cars have jumped big time in the last couple years. I have watched 78 - 81 with miles in nice shape bring $20K recently. Low mileage original unrestored puffs like yours are always a wild card.

Frank, thanks for the suggestion. I will look into it,but in my area I dont think we get many reputable Auctioneers.

Love this car, I had one in high school. How involved is it to bring it into the U.S.?

Can you get the car to the US?

Such a nice car - the only thing that would really knock it out of the park for me is if it was an original Canadian 350 4 speed car. If I'm not mistaken, you could not get a 4 speed with a 350 in 81 (but don't quote me on that!).

I think that you are correct - in 1981 I think the 4 speed was only available as a 305.

Are we priced correctly? I think it costs this much to put a nice paint job on one of these cars. No takers?Great base for a pro touring project,or drive as is,needs nothing.

Would you do a nice bundleprice for this car AND your Firebird?

I would indeed consider that within reason. Good opportunity to make a buck on this car in the spring/summer market, use the profits to offset the cost of the other.

Hey Just wondering whatever happened to this car. I was just cruising the web and ran into this site. I bought that car new in 1981. It was every 19 year olds dream back then! Anyway looking forward to hearing about it and where it ended up. Thanks
Harv
