Im selling my used LT1 t56 with about 65-70k miles, with hurst short throw shifter. i had it in my 69 camaro for about a year behind my 383 stroker and it worked flawlessly. the only reason im selling it is because my motor blew for the second time and im going a different route as far as drivetrain goes. i also have the centerforce flywheel that is made specifically for a 2 piece rear main seal, pre1985 sbc, the flywheel is in great shape it has a perfect ring gear with no missing teeth. i have a pressure plate and ram clutch as well. i have everything needed to swap this into a car with a pre-1985 sbc. the swap includes...

t56 transmission 65-70k miles
bell housing
shifter
centerforce flywheel
pressure plate
used ram clutch
fork
dust shield
hardware(nuts &bolts)

im looking to get $1500 for the swap. im located in mastic beach ny,11951 . i would perfer local pickup over shipping. thanks for looking! pm for details or questions.-Dom

Did this set up require any cutting of the floor board? What about the drive shaft, did it need modification? I'm interested.

Nope the only cutting that was needed was the hole for the shifter. i have a 1 piece drive shaft for a 69 camaro that i had shortened a few inches to fit. it uses the same slip yoke as a th350. let me know if you have any other questions. -Dom

im pretty sure it will not, because of the difference in input shaft length and thickness in the input shaft spline. sorry-Dom

If I wasn't in texas I would take it. When I saw the post I thought you were closer. Not sure why I thought that. For kicks, what would shipping costs be?
