It is extremely hard to give you an estimate without pics, but I would say at least fifteen grand from what i read.

I would agree that pics would be helpful. I would say depending on color and job installing the LS engine it is worth somewhere around the $18k to $22k mark without the frame issue, $15k with it. The frame would slow me down make take a look really closely to the rest of the mounts, frame and body underneath. Look for ripples in the sheet metal under the car. This is a sign the car took a good hit. Usually in the trans tunnel.
