Here is my 69 Camaro. This car was purchased by me in 1994 for my first car. It was a little old lady find and had never been out of Gas City Indiana, was originally purchased at Twin City Chevrolet in Gas City and had the original pot metal dealer tag screwed into the rear panel. I drove the car home in a snow storm not knowing how to work on a car or even much on the condition of this car since it was dark out and couldn't see much. I woke up the next morning to go out in the garage to find it on 3 flat tires and when I grabbed the radiator hose it crumbled in my hand, they were all original equipment and gave their last night of duty to get her to its new home. I was off to go get 4 cheap used tires, belts and hoses, oh and a chiltons manual.
I spent what I could to fix it and drove the car everyday, spent the weekends fixing what broke that week going back and forth to school and work, just to do it again the next week. Ive spent the last 17 years of my life with this car, its kept me safe, was there for my first kiss to when I pulled the motor that I proudly put 90k miles on, which was first motor I ever built.
Anyway its time to show this car, which is a part of me just as much as an arm or leg, some love. No more patch work body repairs or $150 paint jobs. So here is the start, and of course photos because we all know...

What I started with, solid runner fair body some holes in the floorboard. (Frank and company at Prodigy took care of the floorboards allready. Those guys are awesome)

Gutted the rearend (the only thing I had never had to work on on the car, with 230k on it now)
