Does anyone have any info on this turbocharger or it's compressor housing type/design? I'm guessing it's a diesel? Attempted to google it with umpteen different word combinations, but it mostly pulled up twin scroll turbo stuff. I see there's a casting number, and possibly a logo, but can't make it out.

It kinda looks like the engine is a variant of a GM 6.2/6.5 diesel. I couldn't find anything on the turbo either, nor find any images of diesels with that configuration. Maybe try someone like turbocity.com or Banks and see if they recognize the turbo and/or engine.

Looks like one I designed when I worked at Schwitzer in Indianapolis about 15 years ago. We made stuff for the agricultural & earth moving industries. Seems like the one I did went to CAT or John Deere. Being this one is blue, I doubt it is actually the one I did.

Looks kinda bass ackwards to me, I like how they painted the inside too....

Yeah, you can see the impeller has over-spray on it. :/

I'm digging the design. it would simplify and clean up a single turbo V6/V8 instillation.
