Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting on this site, although I have been lurking for a while. I wanted a muscle car ever since I was in elementary school but never had the money or parental permission to get one. After I finished college earlier this year, I was finally able to get one. It's a 69 El Camino with a 454 and a T5. The car is definitely a 20 footer and a little rough around the edges but pretty solid. I have been working on a number of small projects with the goal of just getting it driveable as is for a while. It gets a lot of attention and makes plenty of torque to have a little fun.
Once I get the funds, I want to totally redo the car with a LS/T56 combo, suspension and brakes, a nice interior, and repaint it the original butternut yellow color with a few body mods. Here are some pics as it sits today.
