Does anybody know of any complete bolt kits for restoring and 82-92 camaro. I was hoping to find a kit that included the 8 engine cradle bolts and control arm bolts.
I can find plenty for anything before 82 but nothing on the third gen. I have checked classic industries, yearone, and a few other sites I have seen mentioned on here.
I was able to find a control arm only kit on Ebay, but nothing on the engine cradle. Any thoughts?

I would give frank at prodigy a call, I haven't dealt with him yet but I hear he's a great guy with many resources.
plus maybe if I plug him enough I'll get a discount lol

Go here (http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/) and ask around. Chances are you'll need to figure out the size and thread pitch and go to Fastenal, or facsimile thereof, to find what you're looking for.

I tried the thirdgen site before, really didn't get much. I think I'll make a trip to the local Fastenal. Every other bolt I can get no problem, so its just these 8. I may give a wire wheel a try. Anybody ever tried sand blasting bolts?

I take all my bolts to a local plater and have the zinc plated to look like new. They have a minimum charge of 25 to do all the front end bolts off of our 78 T/A.

Local plater? Must be nice, don't think there are any left around these parts.
