Anyone having trouble ordering Mark Stielow's book from SDPC?

I've tried 2x to order Stielow's book on the Mule from SDPC and somehow the order did not go through both times. Anyone else having issues ordering? The first time, I called to verify an internet order that seemed to err. The associate said that he would key in the order over the phone. 1 week later, I called to check on the status since it hadn't arrived, and they couldn't find my order. The associate who answered this time assured me that he would make sure the order goes through. Again, after a week, I call to check the status and still no order in the system. Has anyone else had any luck?

Note: My CC was not charged either time.

Thanks 69X22 - I'll try to order online again. The most frustrating part was waiting at the mailbox for it to come and not getting it after 2 attempts. I'll give it a go again.

It would be nice if you could order it somewhere else, but I believe they are the only ones that carry it useless you picked it up at Autorama.
I had the same thing happen a few months ago,after my email confirmation and 2 weeks of waiting I finally called to find out what was going on, thought I might get some sort of discount or maybe even a sorry for your trouble, but nope. They did tell me instead of shipping it fed ex(2-3 days) they were going to mail it(1 week+).

Try using the telephone.I dailed the number,a salesman picked up the phone on the other end,gave him a C.C.# and 3 days later the Brown truck showed up.

Glad to know it wasn't just me. I wasn't offered any concessions either, even after the 2nd time
