Hello all...Im currently working on a new project and Im looking for a non hood scooped Firebird hood. Im looking for an oem, not fiberglass. I would trade my hood for a non scoop one with no rust straight up including the scoop (no filter base however). Otherwise mine is for sale. As you can see its in perfect shape. Hood is in Miami. I have no way of hauling it so it would have to be shipped, or picked up.

GL with your trade, you should have no problem finding someone to part with good money for a 70-76 TA hood. I tried to send you a pm but your inbox is full. What is your tire and wheel set up? Love the way your set up looks. What width, backspace and tires are you running?

Hi Zee...yeah I noticed my inbox was full. Got it all cleared up if you still want to send a pm. I honestly forget right now the offsets on my rims, I bought them 15 years ago so the specs are long gone. I do recall that when I bought them I got sent 4 wheels that had the same offset and I had to change the front ones because they were too far out and rubbed on the fender mounting bolts quite badly. I think the offset change was like .25 or .5 inches but really cant remember. The tires I'm using now, which are not the ones in the picture, are 255/40 17. Great combo but there's still way too little tire in the back...the torque on the 455 just roasts them basically at will, even with street legal track tires like it has now.

I have a decent hood. Some surface stuff but other than that in good shape. Not sure how I'd ship it though....

Shipping is tough but doable...the biggest hurdle is location. Where are you?
