Hey guys,
I am trying to set the angle of my touch screen in my dash. What angle should I set this at., sunlight,easy view. Best viewing angle?

Best bet is to install the seat and go from there, but if seat not available I would set it at the same angle as the gauges, since it is on the same plane.

I would think anything from 0* to 10* would be fine. Are you going to leave that flange around the screen?
Just a thought... You might want to consider putting something to steady your hand on while trying to opperate the touch screen. I only bring this up because it drives me nuts trying to use my GPS when I mount it too far from the dash.

I only bring this up because it drives me nuts trying to use my GPS when I mount it too far from the dash.Same here...my radio has a very sensitive volume button and it is multi-functional(it also adjusts other setting if you push it)...hit a bump while trying to adjust it and who knows what menu I'll end up in....same with my GPS as mentioned above......I vote for hand rest also.

You wouldn't have an Alpine would you? Thats the only complaint I have heard about them. I love mine but it has the one year deal with the knob that can be pushed in so it sits flush, great idea except they brake easy
