***BLS 7" H6024 Bi-Xenon Projector Headlight Retrofit - Intro GROUP BUY***

GP GOOD THROUGH July 18th - Spots are limited!

Get your car ready for those upcoming cruise nights. We are pleased to offer the most powerful and best performing lighting system for vehicles utilizing the 7" H6024 headlight housing (Camaros, Jeeps, Mustangs, Miata, etc)

Who is Blackbird Lighting Solutions (BLS)?

BLS is a small but motivated group dedicated to building the best headlights for all types of vehicles. We started over on LS1Tech and have been successfully selling projector retrofit kits for 93-02 Firebirds. To date, we have over 200 satisfied customers and routinely run group buys for those lighting systems throughout the year. Looking to branch out, we decided to tackle difficult lighting systems and the H6024 7" housing was an obvious choice due to how many vehicles use this headlight. Working closely with our suppliers and through the help of a great Pro-Touring member (Chris67), we were able to get these together and ready for sale.

We are confident the lighting system you see below will outperform anything on the market. While its known that classic vehicle enthusiasts may wish to retain some of the factory aspects of their vehicles, utilizing a true projector will change the look of the car. Love it or hate it, nothing will come close in light output.

Feel free to check out our website for additional pics of our Firebird kits. We are in the process of updating our website to include these new lights so please bare with us.

Why these outperform other lighting choices on the market today:

These lights feature:
- Optical technology from OEM vehicles - This is a true bi-xenon projector
- Drop-in installation - No cutting, chopping or other permanent modification of your car.
- Custom thermoformed front cover
- Customizable options
- Entirely Plug-N-Play wiring harness with relay.

Other lighting options:
1) OEM Headlights – Horrendous light output compared to 99% of other new cars produced today.

2) Sealed beam headlight upgrade (Silverstar) – Marginally better than OEM with slightly better color however light output is still very poor.

3) Sealed Beam Conversion – Allows for more lamp options and typically used with coated halogen bulbs producing better but not ground breaking results. Light output sometimes can be worse depending upon the lamp chosen and the coating on the aftermarket lamp.

4) E-Code Conversion Housings – A costly “better” conversion housing still lacking the focus and performance of a true projector.

5) Sealed Beam Conversion w/ HID Kit – This has been the popular upgrade with many vehicles. While it offers color and appears to provide the light output they want; the light patterns are very uncontrolled. Many have commented on the beam patterns with these kinds of setups and the light output can be sometimes dangerous for other drivers. Many questions regarding blinding other drivers requires the recommendation to "lower them down" reducing the effectiveness of the headlight system to begin with.
.
6) Fake "projector" housings on ebay - Do not be fooled with the term projector used in ebay ads. These housings are nothing more than a piece of glass meant to give the imitation of a projector. Light output is typically worse than other conversion housings.

The BLS Kit Difference:

The color everyone wants – 5000K 55W Kit Pictured

Light intensity

Low Beam Cutoff – Low on the driver side to not blind oncoming drivers, high on the right to give you farther distance.

Light Output at 50’ – Width and light intensity are like night and day

https://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2011/07/DSCN6822-1.jpg

Light output at 50’ with High Beams On – Light spread is more pronounced the farther away you are but nothing will hide from these while they are on.

Installation:
An installation CD will be packaged with each kit and if you can install a new headlamp in your car, this will not be much harder. Simple hand tools are the only requirement and will be outlined in the instruction manual so you have just what you need. If you choose the optional halos, additional wiring will be required. The basic kit with the Bi-Xenon projector will be entirely plug and play.

Adjustment:
To adjust the lights, it requires no extra work than how you already adjust your factory headlights. Adjusters can be accessed in the same positions as the factory with no difference.

Any pics with the chrome background? With the black background, can the shroud also be done in black?

Here are some rough pics from a set we built for another customer. The flash from the camera really throws the pictures off and it looks better in person (Apologies for the living furniture pics LOL). You can see the comparison from the chrome to the black background. The shroud can also be done in black but as you see from the pics, the reflection against the black center and background makes it appear very dark. Again, a black shroud would not be an issue.

We have additional pictures if you follow the link to our photobucket from the pics above. These will be under the 7" Bi-Xenon album but unfortunately we do not have a pic without the halo installed. They will not look much different and the only thing you will not see is the clear ring around the perimeter of the headlight.

The projector look is something not even the big auto companies can get around. I personally like both the factory look and these of course. Kind of like a form follows function type of deal. The normal price would be $50 higher and would not include free shipping. Shipping fully insured for these lights normally runs around $20 around the country so the GP is essentially saving around $70+.

Agreed. Thrilled with the look and the light level these produce. Better yet is not blinding oncoming traffic. Thanks Brian!

I'm subscribing! I need some lighting for my Pontiac Lemans (1967 4 lamp stacked). The normal halogens aren't cutting it.
