Ground Locations?

What would be the best location for body grounds?
Battery to block and block to fire wall are the ones I have right now.
Is one spot on the body better than another?
Should I include a body to frame ground?
And if so what guage would be best?

you also need a body to frame ground. All our grounds are 4 guage or bigger
