"Non-Pt Employment" Forum

Given that a lot of our fellow members may still be looking for work, and many of us don't work in the automotive industry, would it be possible to make a new folder for Non PT-related job's. My employer in Orlando is constantly posting new jobs to their website, but normally, that is the only place they list it. It would be nice to forward the leads on to fellow members. I'm sure others would follow suit. I think this could have a real impact on a portion of this community.


Possibly "Non-PT related employment", once clicked on it could have sub-forums for region like "Eastern", "Mid-West", "Southern", and "Western". Even without the Sub-Forums.

Are you wanting to create a section where non Pro-touring.com members can post adds? My plan for it was to use it to help each other out.

No, still for PT members only. Just posted by us and for us. My understanding was the existing employment section was for automotive-related jobs only, and not other fields/jobs. (I.E. My employer at the airport posts a job on their website for an I.T., Graphic arts, accounting, maintenance, or engineer position...I'd post a link to it in the "General Employment section"). Pretty much any member that has a good line on a position would throw it on there. Just another way to help each other out.
