Does anyone know if the trans found in the '07 GM trucks share internals with older 700R4s?
The numbers on the 07 trans are 617KLD445244969. It came out of an '07 Avalanche that burnt.
I want have the trans built in my 442, its out of an '89 Vette.
I am hoping it will have five pinion planets.
On a side note, I can't get my linkage quite right on the 700. It won't get into park or first easily.
