3 valve 4.6 6 speed and disk rear end from mustang

I have all the running gear, wiring harness, drive shaft, ecu, motor trans and disk brake rear end. Less than 5k miles on everything, it all came from the same car. Was going to transplant into a fairlane that was sold. 6k for everything- will sepereate.
