MC1312A Master Cylinder problems??

A bought this master cylinder from Frank at Prodigy Customs, but did not realize the fittings are 3/8-24. My brake lines have the stock 1/2-20 and 9/16-18 fittings .What do I do to hook this thing up as I have not been able to locate adapers that will work....Also, do I need to use the stock distribution block, if I use the Wilwood adj. pressure valve??

What size are your lines, Pep Boys usually has several different size/thread tube nuts. Is there enough line left to cut off old and reflare with different size nuts?
