That's some really cool stuff.
I've always had an interest in RC cars and trucks, planes and helo's, but not so much in boats (which is really odd if you knew me-lol)
Thanks for sharing the videos.
If I can make a few suggestions:
Part 3 in the first set wasn't too bad, but dude, invest in a stabilized cam or a good tri-pod.
You can't do much about the aviation boating clips. It's sort of the nature of the beast, but a stab. cam should make it a lot less "bouncy."
On the first few clips with the road course racers, the constant panning in and out tends to make for some nauseating viewing.

No problem, and please don't misunderstand me. I wasn't trying to be critical.
Filming (covert) is part of what my company does, and what I did while working under cover in L.E.
Shaking and panning will drive a judge/jury batchit:rotfl: (which is kind of fun at times, but counter productive to the overall end result:) ).
An on board cam would definitely give some cool footage, but the bounce and vibration in these RC cars, might prove to be excessive.
Take a look at some of the on board footage from full sized road race and drag cars. See how much they shake and vibrate. Now multiply that by 1000!
It's worth a shot though.
Maybe some fiber optics to a remote recording head, instead of a camera.
Not all that expensive (check out any of the "spy shops" or P.I. Providers on line).
Button cams, etc, all small and lightweight enough recording devices to work for what you're doing, and going back to a remote recorder.
You'll just have to play around with it until you figure it out.
I may check with some of my sources and see what they recommend?
The aviation and nautical videos were excellent! Especially the aviation segments.
It was really just the first few of the road courses that got me.
Just find a setting that lets you gather the entire course and leave it.
If you need or want to pan in on a particular car for a few seconds, do it, but stay panned in for a bit before exiting.
Just a few "tip's of the trade" from an old fart.
 my friend.
Look forward to seeing more.
