LY6 with LS2 throttle body and E38 ECM with VVT ??

Quick question

I have a 2008 LY6 6.0L out of a Silverado 2500 HD.
I got the pedal , throttle body, and E38 ECM as well.

My question is,
Can I use an LS2/7 Throttle body part # 12570790 with this setup and keep VVT ??
I am only debating switching the TB because of fitment issues, but there are alternatives.
(This is going into a 1970 Olds 442)

I just want to be sure this TB will work with the truck's pedal and E38 computer.
If not, let me know what needs to happen so I know what I'm up against.

I do not know if that throttle body is compatible with the pcm's OS but I do know that the stock intake and tb clears my chevelle hood. The 442 should be the same
