I wish..
sadly I live in KS where drag racing (1 track) and dirt track racing (2 tracks) is KING
no one here does auto cross in the parking lots and the nearest road track is roughly 200 miles away

Don't give me that.
The SCCA headquarters are in Topeka. I'm sure you have parking lots for autocross in addition to the facilities at Heartland Park.

Topeka is a good 150 to 200 miles away.
As for the parking lots I dont see wal mart letting people
Race in theirs, maybe a church would
so freakin ugly that I think you should let me take it off your hands to beautify the neighborhood :)
Seriously though, the wheels are a good choice and they fit nicely. The Firebird emblem in the center cap looks nice. What are your plans for the car?

I hope one of these autocrosses is close enough.
At the very least, maybe the Kansas City Goodguys mini autocross is close enough to you.
Also, most people do drive a fair distance to get to a track day. Willow Springs is 111 miles from while Buttonwillow is 154. I also have the nearby Fontana Roval and El Toro, thankfully.

Kansas city is even further than topeka from me
I am in a small counrty town farm land every which way ya look and so on.
I am 100% confident the car could make the drive to topeka or kansas city
just not sure if it would make it home (kinda competitive)
and no I dont have a car trailerr wish I did but dont

The nice thing about autocross is that it's really not too hard on your car. You can go pretty considerable distances with confidence for an autox event. I definitely understand your reservations about long trips for road courses. That thought partially inspired me to change my AAA coverage to 200 miles of towing . . .
